I have never tried yoga before, but I found the instructions easy to follow and I definitely felt the benefit after a few days.


I've always been worried to try yoga as I've never been able to touch my toes, but it really isn't about that.  Doing the poses in the privacy and comfort of my own home was something that I really liked about it.
